5 Christmas Quick Travel Tips

Whether you are going to family member's house for Christmas or to Europe for a ten day vacation, here are some basic tips on how to travel smart!

1. Pack What You Need in Your Carry On
It's not likely, but luggage can always get lost so be sure to put you mascara, toothbrush and a change of clothes in your carry on so if the unthinkable happens, you aren't stuck.

2. Roll your clothes
Instead of folding your shirts and jeans, roll them up! After many, many trips, I learned this awesome trip. Clothes fit better in a suitcase when you roll them, rather than lay them flat. They won't wrinkle as much when rolled tightly!

3. Alert your bank
If your bank is doing its job, it may flag your account if you are spending money out of town so tell you back will be gone (especially for an extended period of time) and be sure to get some cash before you go!

4. Do some research
If you are going to a new place be sure to do some research ahead of time so you know what you want to do, how to get there and when to go. You don't want to waste time while travelling trying to plan your days.

5. Pack the ibuprofen
You never know when you are going to start felling ill, be sure to have all the things you need with you in your bag so you have to make a trip to drug store or even worse spend an arm and a leg on it in the airport. Band aids, Ibuprofen and a nail file should come with you everywhere!

Happy Holiday's!!!
